REACH Defense is the proving ground for modern warfare and freedom’s defense — a next-generation testing campus built to accelerate how America and her allies develop, validate, and deploy mission-critical technologies.
Forged by necessity, REACH was created to outflank bureaucratic stagnation and systemic obstacles that slow innovation. We provide a testing environment that is accessible, efficient, and driven by the urgency demanded in modern warfare.
At this defining moment, REACH operates with a bias toward yes, empowering defense innovators, government partners, and emergency responders to test faster, safer, and without compromise. Our mission is to serve the defenders of freedom, including military, law enforcement, emergency services, intelligence communities, allies, and innovators, by creating the most secure, capable, and convenient test site in America.
We are building a multi-domain campus integrating air, ground, maritime, and spectrum environments: BVLOS drone corridors, counter-UAS ranges, robotics and autonomy courses, controlled maritime tanks, and electronic warfare test zones. Each range is supported by on-site lodging, war rooms, fabrication shops, and chef-driven dining, allowing teams to test, reset, and retest without losing momentum.

NICO ROE
CEO & Founder
Former Navy SEAL Lieutenant Commander with twelve years of operational leadership. Founder and CEO of Reach Defense; former Amazon Industry Fellow and Portfolio Security Director at Acram Group. Holds a B.S. in Arabic from the U.S. Naval Academy and a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
